●     Each plate is shipped in its own protective box. This box is perfect for safe storage when not in use, helping to prevent scratches or damage.

●     When storing outside of this box, place a soft cloth or napkin between stacked plates to further prevent scratches.

We accept returns for our ready-to-ship collection within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@regalya.com within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
