Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Regalya, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Each of our fine bone china pieces is handcrafted with care, and we take great precautions in packaging your order to ensure its safe delivery. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
Returning a Product
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item from our ready-to-ship collection, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at hello@regalya.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging, using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange within 14 business days.
Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns for custom designs. However, if your custom piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@regalya.com with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging each plate in its own protective box for safe shipment. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@regalya.com with a photo of the damage and your order details within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Important Notes
● Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
● Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
